Sister City Sand Problem

    Hello I have been having problems with the sister city quest....
    these are my steps
    1. talk lil done
    2. go to schelder done
    3. go to the top of the hourglass you will find sand at the botton but there was no sand????
    I have looked on the wiki videos on youtube nothing helped.

    I think the quest items are bugged atm. It's being worked on though

    All the quest items that are supposed to spawn are no longer spawning, this should be fixed soon so just be patient.
