Is This A Bug Or Am I Just Plain Stupid?

Well...we all know that the ultimate weapon quest where we are supposed to get the ultimate weapon....The trouble is though that one stage of the quest you need 50 soft whetstones. Now, i go to the place (waterfall) and these whetstones aren't spawning. I have used /class many times and have switched servers. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong (second one is most likely)

 

There is a bug where quest items wont spawn, like the light dust in Temple of Legends. Admins are aware of it c:

 

Did you check in the water?

 

It is currently a bug that is being worked on, just be patient.

Note this anomaly: I was stuck at ToL, because of the light dust, right? So, I logged in, mainly becuase I was bored(I did this like 80 times), and killed some random blaze dudes, and went over to the light cave. Guess what? The light dust spawned. Then I was like," OMFG!" Then I completed the quest and some other random stuff.

 

This was fixed....when double xp ended???? All those quests, that you couldn't do???? SALTED YOU BASTAGE
