    (I think that quest had to do with those two towers near Lake Gylia)

    I was told by someone that the Quest required to wear those was scrapped due to Time Constraints or something else. I cannot confirm it as I was not told that by a GM.

    Maybe it was one of the few quests cut for other reasons. Probably for that cool one with the 2 towers and the battle

    The quest got scrapped.
    It was supposed to happen around the destroyed town with the two towers.

    It's a small village on fire and in ruins, located on the Cinfras Rocky Plains and Lexdale Forest border. There's 2 destroyed stone towers with purple stuff nearby.
