    Eventually paid some mercenaries, I truly thought qira wasn't that hard until I got up to her. I mean, I'm a tank she does absolute shit to me, and I could stand there and fight her for hours. Her health regeneration however and elemental resistance is what makes it so hard. I wouldn't call it impossible to solo qira but honestly you can't do it before lvl 95 with the dps you get.
