Wynncraft Login Problems?

I recently tried to login, but I have a problem.. When I go into a WC server, I spawn into a black pit, not being able to even choose my character! I heard of a command to set your default character so you don't select one when logging on, but I did not use it. I have tried re-logging, closing my game and restarting. No matter what, I spawn inside a black pit. Has anyone else experienced this recently, or has this happened to you in the past? Somebody please help me, I'm not sure if there is a problem with WC or my player. If you would like, I could post a picture of what if looks like.
