    Hey, so as @Moe_Ronickah mentioned Life Steal/Mana Steal has been nerfed. This means they are weaker than before. You should not rely on them as you have before. Hopefully after the powder update combat will be easier :)

    lvl 59 has no quests for it
    i think the same thing is with lvl 84
    alltho honestly a quest for lvl 91+ is more important

    I think that there's a level 80-100 range that lacks quests, heck, don't even give level 80 quests, give level 81+ quests.
