    So recently as many of you know, Quest items that spawn on the ground are currently broken, I started the quest Sister City about two days ago and still haven't been able to finish it. It just really annoys me how I'm now level 36 and I'm just stuck there with a quest that I can't do.

    So what I'm asking is, if anyone has Hourglass sand that there willing to Donate or Offer for a price please message me here.

    The problem is, most Quest Items (including the Hourglass Sand) are untradable >;3
