    The Skill point Reset scrolls are worth 1 LE in the Tower of Amnesia. If you have not done this quest, then go do it. You get a free skill point reset scroll there. So you don't have to 'scam' yourself.

    You can better buy all the scrolls you can get in wynn by going to the cities, or buying them from a higher level dude if you constantly get killed by high level mobs if you try to go to the cities. You can buy them for 20 or 30 eb or something i think.
