Odd Wyncraft Bow

So I was grinding away as usual, when I got a bow. Now, most people see bows as a weapon to be sold if they're not an Archer, and most likely the same with this bow if they are one. However, there was something strange about this bow:

"Impeccable Stone Bow"
The name implies that the bow is made of stone, right?

So how the hell is an archer supposed to fire a bow made of stone!?

Unless the user is extremely strong, I think they'll have a tough time bending a bow made of stone. Not only that, but it would most likely break and crumble away too.

 

The bow is made out of stone, but the string is string... not the entire time is stone. s( ^ ‸ ^)-p

thats the dictionary definition, no idea where you got the stone idea thingy from.

 

Still, the bow needs to be somewhat flexible to allow the user to draw back an arrow. If it's static, then it could risk the string snapping if brought back too far.

Hm, maybe I'm seeing things. I must admit it is a very high-quality bow; perhaps I was getting the Rock Entities and the bow confused.

 

the thing is... its a "magic" Bow, now get over it.

 

The one thing I'm worried about... is the fact that it does about 500 damage. And this is a NORMAL archer item... I'm going to avoid archers now...

 

I believe that bow's neutral damage is higher than bob's mythic bow's neutral damage, no wait... its super slow attack speed so bob's mythic has a better dps

Why in the world would it being stone matter? As long as the string ain't stone it'll work fine

 

Well how a bow works is the bow starts bending when pulled back. If it is stone, it does not bend back, meaning the arrow wont launch like its supposed to. Hence why you only see plastic/wood bows.

 

Unless it is able to bend, everything has at least the slightest amount of bend to it... The fact that its even more ridgid than wood means its more powerfull when trying to snap back into place- tbh, you would probably need supper human strength to draw the string hard enough to bend it though

 

While it COULD bend back, it would take more then humanly possible to bend it back with enough force to be fatal.

Exactly! But- Technically possible, which is all im saying... Plus, ya know, maybe our characters do have super human strength- i mean, we runn around for hours, aparently can wear metal armor in the desert without repercussions, can jump 300 feet from the air to the ground without becoming a painting on the sidewalk, and many other things... So why not be super human :)

See, thats why it's level 80: You have to be such a power and skilled archer to be able to bend stone like a bow.

 

It is NOT magical, since it's a basic bow.

At many times we are super human, at other we get one shot by a cow. Or like yesterday, a level 90 attacked our guild terrain and died after killing two mobs.
