Earth anything is significantly overpowered, while water anything is ez pz.

 

Water assassin is underrated :p

 

I just checked the item source. It requires 30 defense and 20 agility. It is, however, primarily fire, as evidenced by its appearance and stats.

Diablo's strength requirement...no idea.

 

The only 90+ legendary spears are Harwrol (earth & air) and Tidebinder (water). Nothing on simple earth or fire. Although I'm not pleased with this, I have 3 mythics so I'm all good, but I do agree higher end legends dont really make sense for some cases like Harwrol (air on a warrior, just weird imo).

 

Agility. Decreases your chance to take damage. Increases War Scream's power. Increases the walk speed that everyone complains about on Warrior.

 

I agree with your points, but just noting that I would have preferred to see earth or fire or both legendaries instead. Then again, if this would be done, rares and such would become more and more worthless so it's a touchy subject.

Yes there are not a lot of options for specific builds (being a water/air archer) and it could be edited (looking at the zodiac pants department)

How ever I do know based with my build legends are never going to be an option, heck I got 2 unique water bows and 1 rare in my bank that look good stat/damage wise.

Note that I run an archer and slightly a Mage (at like, lvl 4-6) so at the mage's department, is clueless to me
