Assassin Build Help

Hello! So, I am an assassin, well actually a ninja in level 83. Everything has been going fine and dandy until Gavel got released. It is not Gavel I have a problem with, but rather my build. You see, I am pretty worthless right now. I can't seem to be able to deal much damage. My melee damage is pretty bad and so is my spell damage. I am not much of a tank either, because I take a lot of damage per hit. So, basically I am very lost and need a better build. Any help would be appreciated! (I need help with gear, skill points and whatever there is to a build).

This is what I am after:
- High Damage (either melee or spell damage is fine)
- Fast walk speed
- Defence doesn't need to be great since I will have high damage
- Maybe some life steal (if it is any good anymore since it got nerfed)

So, I want something fast with high damage output and.

Also, this is what I have currently, just so you know what you "have to work with":

Armour:
- Champion Helmet
- Champion Chestplate
- Champion Leggings
- Thunderous Step

Accessories:
- Jester Ring
- Jester Ring
- No Bracelet
- No Necklace

Weapons:
- Rewind
- Bob's Mythic Daggers
- Chakram
- (And a Weathered for higher level use)

Also, my skill points currently are:
- 0 strength (11 with armour)
- 69 dexterity (76 with armour)
- 0 intelligence (6 with armour)
- 0 defence (8 with armour)
- 95 agility (110 with armour)

Well, for this I'd suggest a Thunder/air, aka Dex/Agi. You have fast attack and movement speed and decent damage as well.

 

Yeah, that is sort of what I am going for already (as shown with my skill points), but I have absolutely no idea about what gear I should use.
