    The secret door is what I was talking about, and the key disappeared after I threw it in, but nothing happened. F3 A didnt show it there either, but it did show 9 command blocks

    The mechanical key is the item used to open the Ohm's Lab, Selvut said this ^^ (But a builder make a mistake and the door is already open)

    The door is but the content inside is not finished yet. There will be a (supposedly very difficult) Level 65 boss fight within it.
