What Next?

Well they will keep working on Gavel a ton more before they even think about doing Fruma.

 

The above. Gavel will be worked on a bit more with more quests, guilds and also the main storyline will be made. After that, I'm betting on Fruma. Other than in weapons, mob names and things like that, Dern isn't mentioned in the actual game. Fruma, however, is mentioned several times in King's Recruit. Though, I think they will release parts of Fruma over time, since they said they wanted to have more frequent updates instead of things like Gavel. So it is quite possible that while Fruma is being added, Dern will be added too.

 

Eitherway I'd much rather have the stuff from the follow-up update (main story, more quests, powders) and overhauling of many quests in the Wynn province.
