Got Back On Post-update And Lost Armor, Help Please??

I dont know where to post this so Im going here, if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great. thanks.

I got on again after a long break (several months) and I have no clue what happened! My perception is that I had a full inventory when I relogged and the armor didnt return to my inv when i logged in. again, not sure. if anyone else had this problem please let me know..

 

This is because of the new ID system. Sorry, but you cannot get your items back because Wynncraft has a strict no refund policy.

 

This will honestly ruin the game for me. very frustrating...

 

Sorry you didnt hear about the new system. Existing Armor and weapons are converted to Unidentified status, causing the armor you are wearing to fall out from the armor slots. If you do not have four free slots all your armor you are wearing automatically drops to the floor and disappears. No refunds. You also have 4 less slots for carrying stuff because of introduction of accessories. Gear in bank also needs identifying before you can wear, provided that your class meets skill point minimums.
