The XP is one off max, mana steal is max, and loot is exceptionally high.

 

Loot max isn't 32, and neither is xp, both are 34 I assume. I have a 32/31 necklace I'm wearing right now, 32 being the XP, and I've seen somebody with a 33, this is not close to maxed
