    Ragnar was mentioned by a citizen in Nemract.
    The dialogue was about Ancient Nemract, and at the end the Nemract Citizen says that 'The undead always gather around a tree. We should send Ragnar to investigate."
    So Ragnar is a hero of some sort, and is known by many people (just like Siegfield), and also is trusted by many people.
