Macros?

    Today I was reading the new rule section and it said macros are banned unless they are for spell combinations and aren't on loop.
    According to this, I am lead to assume that this means I CAN have a macro for spell combinations, unless my assumption is wrong and I can't have macros.
    How would I do this?

    As long as it doesn't make it so you can auto farm and auto click then you are okay.
    If you have a gamer mouse that you can marco, as in this button does the combo for spell A, Another button does the combo for spell B. But they cant keep going over and over.
