Buying High Health Regening Armor Lvl 70-81

I need health regening armor because life steal was nerfed SOOOOO much :( Put items, prices, and pictures down below

 

Just use potions...

 

I do, but health regen + potions = OP. Before i used life steal+ potions and that was OP

 

I have some snail armor if you're interested.

 

but its high lvl, and i already have snail chestplate. its for lvl 93

 

Oh well...
