    I don't understand how I'm suppose to complete the Temple of Legends quest when powders aren't in the game right now, can I buy some teir 2 blue and red powder from someone or can someone help me get some. Help is much appreciated. Thanks everyone in advance for commenting on my thread to help me!

    You can still get tier 1 and 2 powders from their relics in Wynn, you just can't apply them to your items. You can buy the powders from someone if you don't know the relic locations as well.
