May I Go Back To Level Two Charge Spell??

I have recently gotten the level III Charge Spell, and I hate it. It's so much harder to control in my opinion. I liked the level two charge because it was so much easier and straight forward to use. I'd really appreciate if I could have the level II again. Thanks!
