Green Powder Place?

I found in a random house in Almuj this place.

I don't know of this has any meaning but I thought it would be interesting.

 

There is also one in nivla forest, a house or building with powders, and is thought to be future powder merchants

 

That could be right but there are relics. Another possibility is that it is a place to get your powders on your weapons.

Nah man. Most of the relics are scattered in Gavel. And besides, the only powder relics in wynn correspond to their color, hint hint.

 

or mybe those are merchents you go to combine your powders and create a higher tier one
