Wynntheory; Province Locations

Ocean is part of Wynn.

And why curved around spawn? Since the spawn is part of Fruma it would be logical to be located around that general area. It's aesthetically pleasing for it to have that shape so everything is one big rectangle.

First of all, this thread was made in December. We didn't have all the info now that we did then. Second of all, jpm had just finished telling me to not jump to conclusions. We can't say for certain that Dern is a Realm, or a province. You have decided Dern is a Realm.

 

Not just me. The 9 biggest theorists on the forums have all talked and reached the same conclusion.

And I did not see the date. But still.

 

Honestly I think this should be closed as this is clearly outdated and shouldnt have been necro-posted.

Actually he said "in the lore, people don't consider Dern a "true" province.." He's talking about people in the game not knowing enough about Dern to decide what it is. Or the fact that it's ancient and probably destroyed.

As for that other part, he said,"there are 3 primary provinces" (Wynn, Gavel, Dern). He then goes on to introduce another one. When he says "consider it a province", he means "screw the people in game who don't call it that and call it a province".

tl;dr: Villagers don't think it's a "true" province, but it still is.


To be honest, you didn't have to rank on this guy's theory and start an argument just because he used the word "province".

But nothing is confirmed about Dern except that it's a pretty dark place.

No I was saying that Fruma was part of the spawn.

 

Actually not quite. When you spawn in by the caravan you see a big wooden door behind you. That is the door to Fruma, so technically you don't see 1 pixel of Fruma from spawn unless you count the big door which represents the gate of the borders.
