Dogovi Ice Caves Loot Nerfed?

I was grinding in dogovi ice cave
and then i looked at my inventory
50% rock dust and shit
50% weapons and armor
i looked at the items
ALL NORMAL ;-;
and den 1 unique
So is it nerfed or does rng hate me?

 

I don't think it's something we can really set to mobs, so I'm not sure such a nerf would even be possible. I think RNG just hates you.

 

w8 a sec, so mini bosses give good xp right?
and regular mobs give like 200-500
so your able to set the xp value but not the loot luck value thing?

I was grinding yesterday, and a few guys got legendaries.

 

Not really, there's a stat called "LootMultiplier" that we've been told never to change from 1.0, but that's about it. Items are something that the game's code automatically chooses to drop, rather than something we set manually. We only have 9 slots for drops for each mob. To make room, item drops are hard-coded. All we really do with those slots nowadays is junk/misc. items and emeralds.

XP is not an item, it's an actual stat, so we are able to change it, and even set a minimum and maximum to drop when you kill the mob.

 

So, how does Loot bonus affect the mob drops actually?

 

The ID? Just increases the chance for an item drop as far as I'm aware.

 

So, it doesn't affect the rarity of the drop? but it affects in the same way the loot chest drops then?

 

I think so? IDK I don't really understand the technical side of things.

Well that's probably just your luck rather than any nerfs happening, because I know for a fact that the Freezing Heights have not been adjusted for a good while now.

 

i got 2 legendaries in 10 minutes of grinding
than again before that happend i didnt get a single legendary for an entire week lol

 

actually i got 25 rares and gale's force

 

I've been grinding at the ice caves for weeks now
I've found a grand total of 1 legendary, that being gemini -.-
