My Resource Packwon't Work!

I've tried everything. Enabling resource packs, prompting resource packs, doing /toggle autojoin, and it STILL won't work!!!!!!! Ever since I joined the server it didn't work. When I enable it, the screen just shows "downloading resource pack......... 100%" but nothing changes and I ave to play without the resource pack. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

 

This might not help, but is your launcher up to date? If so then have you tried deleting and redo loading MC?

Try to delete the "Wynn legacy" ( i think that's how is named) from your server resorce packs folder, then join the server.
