The point of this build is to be a glass canon, but a glass canon that can straight around enemies, do a hit and run, and get out and life steal from the ridiculous amounts of poison and life steal.

Obviously I'm not the best at this so if there is some other item better then please tell me.

Alright you have cancer, but at the cost of negative spell damage. A lot of your damage should come from spell damage. So get plenty of % spell damage accessories and armor. Your armor choice is not optimal for damage; therefore, you are not a glass cannon.

 

... This ain't good...

The -spell and melee remove any damage you deal outside of poison, so you won't be a glass cannon. Also, no point in clock boots as cancer gives +7-12 attack speed tiers, and I'm not sure why else you'd use the boots.

That's not including any skill point boosters. As a result I have closer to 250 points

 

Yeah, I know. I'm assuming the skill points he listed are without gear, as the gear he stated will indeed allow him to exceed 198 points regardless.

 

using clock boots when you have cancer is useless
once your weapon is at super fast speed attack (which is way less than those +14 tier attack speed cancer can give) it cant hit any faster
so i suggest to change boots to scorpio if possible or something with some health bonus if not

 

So what should I replace with what?

 

if you're using weathered go for an air build
aries
leo/booster chestplate
saggitarius
and steamjet walkers or wind mimic or any other good air boots

 

But I like clock

Wait, cancer doesn't give attack speed?

Cancer reduces melee and spell, life steal, mana steal, and poisons but it doesn't say anything about increasing attack tier

So should I change the helmet or the boots?

 

Why take clock boots they make you deal less damage but you will still have spider fast attack speed from cancer that's just stupid those boots are just making you deal less damage

 

So what should I replace with the boots?

 

Don't really now I like the boots you get from beneath the depths because it has life/mana steal spell/Mele damage and some good thunder damage

I like everything, but now I need to replace my helmet

 

Then you should use tales sight it's pretty good for wind and gives 10 agility

 

I am thinking of using spectre for my helmet

I'm using a max spell spectre, and will carry on using it until level 100 :3
I have leo for my chestplate
Vaward for leggings
Memento for boots (4/4 mana regen)
And a bunch of mana regen accessories
Weapon: Weathered
Skills: 100 agil, 50 int, 40 dex (increasing dex as I lvl up)

With your build, I don't reccomend cancer. Use an air helmet/spell damage helmet. Having 0 Intelligence is a pain as well, as multihit will cost half of your mana. Maybe do 20 int, and 70 dex. Apart from that, looks alright!
