Lost Item

I haven't been on Wynn in a while but today I go on just to see what has changed and a lot has. But I noticed I had to go identify my items. I did not knowing shift clicking armor would take it all off but by doing so I had lost 1 armor piece. I had a full set of really good old end game armor and because of accessory slots I did not have enough room in my inventory for the boots to go in. Is there anything I can do?

 

I believe the item is supposed to drop on the ground. But either way, there is a no refund police. Sorry mate.

 

It didnt drop :/ why would it even get taken out without proper room?

 

It's a new thing with un-id'd items transferring from old to new. There was a notice about 4 weeks before the release that you should empty 8 inventory slots.

 

I still think its dumb. I should had space but 4 spots were taken because of all the new stuff
