Does This Usually Happen To Guild Members?

    Today I went back to gavel just to play around again. Then I found out that I would kill a mob then I wouldn't get the xp and the only Xp I would get is for my Guild. Is this normal were I don't get the Xp it just goes to my guild?

    Minecraft:
    You can use the command /guild xp (number) to decide the percentage of your experience donated to your guild rather than given to your character. For instance, /guild xp 50 would contribute 50% exp to your guild, and /guild xp 0 would contribute 0% xp to your guild (none).
