Bob can be easily found walking in Ragni.
And like @Stycore said, you get no emeralds and not so much xp from doing the quest.

It doesn't matter whether it's worth that price or not. It just matters that it sells.

 

And it won't sell if the price is 45 eb, but it will sell if the price is 2 eb.
It does matter whether it's worth 45 eb or not, because that determines that it sells, and it definitely won't with the price being an overload of 45 eb.
It won't sell if the price is too high, thus, the price matters in correlation to the Bob's Tear being bought or not.
When you, @Lorigami, say that "It doesn't matter whether it's worth that price or not. It just matters that it sells.", you are not considering the aspect of how the bob's tear will sell.
When we were discussing if the bob's tear was worth either 2 or 45 eb, note that 2 eb and 45 eb are two prices that extremely differ to each other when discussing the price of a quest item otherwise known as "bob's tear". Discussing the price matters whenever it being sold matters. This is held as a universal fact, because, as I stated earlier in this post, people will buy this item according to how much of their possession they have to sacrifice in order to gain this "new" item's ownership, or according to how much they will have to pay for this item.
We are discussing whether or not the price of this item should be 2 or 45 eb because we want to show this item's worth to its consumer so he/she buys it at a fair, affordable, great, and reasonable though thoroughly complicated price.

In summary:
The price of a bob's tear matters as well as it being sold. This is shown because if you are selling the item, you want to gain a profit while allowing a consumer to buy the bob's tear off you. You would not give away the bob's tear for free. If the price is too expensive, no one will buy it. If the price is too cheap, someone will buy it, but for a price that does not benefit you. An affordable price will result in a great trade between you and your customer. That is why the price of the bob's tear matters.

 

... thats a lot of pointless writing that i honestly just sorta skimmed through. My fact remains. It's a highly desired item, and though I myself, wouldn't even buy it for 2 eb(I'm such a cheapskate), SOME PEOPLE ARE LAZY!! Theres some people who would spend even more than 45 eb on an effing tear, even if it probably isn't worth that. It's not a matter of how much it's actually worth but rather how much people value their time and energy. And some people find that they would rather pay 45 eb than go hunting down a tear. You arent one of those people. Neither am i. But we aren't the ones that determine the market. It's the rich people that value their time enough to pay exorbitant amounts of money. And so people like Mr FrameTimeMC here, as well as myself, cater to those rich players, and as such, raise our prices based on how much these rich people are willing to pay. So if you'll please kindly stop spouting pretentious bullshit about how you must be right because 45 eb is obviously too high a price, and all that crap.... that'd be nice. Because we KNOW that's obviously outrageous. But people need it, and aren't willing to get their own, and are willing to pay those outrageous prices, even if that person isn't you.

Ok first if you think that 45Eb is a high price, get bob's tear by yourself.
Anyway i understand that 45eb is a obviously too high a price so i decrased it to 35eb (and a rose included)!

Hey Kir+Ap2 since i decrased the price, you don't need to raise drybones967 so if you are still interested to buy, the price would be 35eb and not 50eb.
