While interacting with the people of Wynncraft, I've noticed that (as far as I've seen) the majority of the Wynncraft community isn't completely biased in their preferences as to how they level up; doing quests or grinding mobs. So I decided to do this poll. I have a strong feeling this has been done already, but I haven't seen anything of the sort around, so I'm making this.

I prefer doing quests. It's true that you gain more objects by grinding, but quests are more funny to do, I mean, you do other things, not just killing mobs.

    Why not both?

Seriously though, they both do help, but obviously they always must have pros and cons. It's that time when you run out of quests you can do is when you grind (And maybe vice versa). Grinding is slow and boring however gives some decent gear as some sort of a 'reward', it's annoying having all those normal tier items and junk post-grinding though. It's a bit the same with quests easier and usually requires killing less mobs. Also, it's a good habit exploring around other than just going out when there's a quest waiting to be done.

For Doing Quests you need to grind
Ex you done a lvl 80lvl Quest and it gived you half xp bar, you do not have any other quest and the next quest you could do it is at lvl 83 but you're only lvl 80

I think you'll find that most people prefer quests because there's more to do than killing the same mobs over and over again (at least in Gavel) and it's faster. But there's probably quite a few grind-a-holics around here who prefer grinding.

Doing quests are much more fun, but small grinding walls in between quests are always good. Grinding may be tedious work, but it helps the player get new, better gear than before. It also encourages players to explore the map instead of just rushing from one location to the next doing this quest and that quest. After finishing Beyond the Grave, I found many locations throughout the canyons of lost that I didn't bat an eye to, despite being hard to miss because I had no quests to do. However, it is ridiculous to have a grinding wall that extends for more than three levels with no quests.

The Quest aren't unlimited, you can do quests over and over at a point you will have 0 for your current level, you're need to grind to get another one

Why not both? But really quests are lots of fun and give good amounts of xp. But when you run out of quests, the only thing you can really do is grind. But lets look at the pros and cons:

    Grinding pros:
    1. You get Xp
    2. You have the chance to get some good loot (i.e. rares, legendaries, and mythics)
    3. You can do something else like watching tv or listening to music while you farm

    Cons:
    1. takes forever....
    2. Very repetitive
    3. Gets annoying after awhile

    Quest Pros:
    1. Most are fun and enjoyable
    2. Good story line most of the time
    3. Entertaining

    Cons:
    1. Can be frustrating when you get stuck
    2. Sometimes dont give a lot of xp
    3. Some of them can take a long time to do (Like ToL)

    Depends.

If I've done a quest 8+ times then I'd choose grinding over it, quests are really only fun when they're not boring. Grinding on the other hand I find tough, not boring. But yeah, quests give good XP so I'll pick them if they're fun.

I feel like everyone who joined before quests and horses have the ultimate bragging rights on Wynn. I really don't know how you could stand grinding for that long.
