Help With Fire/thunder Build Needed

i might go for a fire/thunder assassin build with inferno and all that stuff but i cant seem to find any good fire armor pieces , all i found was leo the rest suck/are for to low lvl/ dont exist
there arent to many legenderies or end games with lots of hp and defense at the cost of mana and health regen/steal
anyone got any ideas for leggings helment or boots

I get it when you say fire for your build because of inferno but why thunder?

 

so i can still have some damage dealt with the high defense
also inferno reqs 20 dexterity

 

Low level armor can still be good at high levels ex: Crystal

 

yea i got everything i only need boots now
i am using leo , blue mask and the greavs of the venner
they give me around 10.5k hp overall with the dagger 11.5k , so i actually need boots with atleast 3k hp bonus or so

i wanna be able to move tho
my gear wont have nearly enough speed to make up for the negative , i will be moving 1 block every 10 minutes
i am actually thinking about scorpio :P
or the hive boots , not sure as of right now

By the way you can still jump which allows you to move at a pretty solid speed, more than walk, less than sprint.
