Help--lost All My Stuff In Wynncraft/minecraft

My son was playing Wynncraft and died in the game and expected he would respawn with all of his (substantial) inventory. But when he respawned all his items were gone and inventory was empty.

That's not how it's supposed to work, is it? Does the game have a way for him to reclaim his inventory when he respawns?

If his Soul Points at the right of his inventory were 0, he was meant to lose it all. If you die, you lose 2 Soul Points. If you use a Scroll, you lose 1.
There is nothing you can do but try and get some new gear.

I you lose all of your sould point, you lose your stuff. You lose 2 soul points each time you die and regain one a day.

 

You must have lost all your soul points. The game warns you continuously about them.

 

If he died when he only had 1 or 2 of these left, all of his items would've dropped.
You lose 1 SoulPoint on Scroll TP, and 2 on death.

 

Did he have 1 or 2 soul points when he died? Soul points (the 10 items on the far right) are basically a "lives" system. Every time the sun comes up in Wynncraft, you gain a soul point, you can have up to 10 soul points. When you die, you lose 2 soul points, so, if you die at 1 or 2 soul points, you'll lose your stuff.

Wynncraft has a strict no-refund policy, sorry about your son's loss, if he was low-leveled, it should not be too hard to get items around those levels for him.
