One Of First Quests Not Working For Me :/

I've just started playing wynncraft and im doing the mission where you get the wedding ring from the rats. Well I got a ring and try to give it him, it wont work. Now I have a total of 6 wedding rings and I cant figure how to give it.

If it still doesnt work, throw out the current rings and get new ones?

you might not have the correct ring
after getting the "fake" ring (washer) you need to go kill a mini boss named giant rat in their nest to get the actual ring

 

I found the washer, where abouts do i find the mini boss?

 

If you search around the wheat field, you should be able to find a small cave that contains the rat.
