Skill Reset Scroll - ?

So i completed the tower of amnesia quest (was really hard though) and i received something called skill reset scroll. As i understand, that scroll resets the skill to zero but does skill points come back when i do this? I know thats a really stupid question but please answer if you know what happens when i use scroll?

They reset your invested skill points to zero for all 5 categories, and leave you with the total amount of skill points you've received so far from levelling up. For instance if you used a skill reset scroll at level 100, you would have 0 in all 5 skills and have 198 points to spend however you wish. Keep in mind you will need a scroll for each time you wish to change your build, and they cost 1le each from the shop in the tower so be careful to spend them wisely.
