This item now has fixed Ids, and you can't get 2/4s on it anymore

 

Still, is it even the best amulet for endgame, I don't feel like it is

 

Depends on the build, but for water mage this is probably the best

 

I've actually gotten multiple offers of around 30LE for this, 40LE is the highest currently, though.
