An Easter Egg Or Just A Bug ?

During my investigation for gale's tomb, I found these blocks with a sign on the top...

...But they are not in game:

I saw a thread like this one some weeks ago and it's probably some blocks that the moderators have forgot to remove. But what is the utility of placing a sign on the top of a tower of blocks ? This intrigues me but actually I can't zoom enough to see what is it written on...

 

that's something some builder made and forgot to remove before they rendered the map

 

The Render was made before 100% of all random shit was cleaned up.
I'm surprised the render doesn't show any floating trees or something.

 

It actually does show one floating tree, just not where you'd expect.

I don't even understand why people search around the map for these kinds of things.

 

it was most likely something thats supposed to be for a future quest, or it is just a //copy and //paste mistake blahblah

 

We usually do towers of blocks with signs to mark something that should be built.

Also, do not rely on the map. For some reason someone thought taking a render of the map without notifying anyone would be a good idea.
