I Have An Embarasing Probleme > My Stuff Diseapear

i'm in the TaO, with my ninja class, i fight with some enderman in the floor 6, stage 5
and i have still 3 soul point (i see before go in the ToA), i died with the enderman and my stuff diseapear completely of my inventory ! Why i lose all my stuff, i have still 3 soul point when i died ???
after have lose all my stuff, i go back in the ToA (because i think it can be a bug)to see if my stuff is on the ground, and i see anything.

Unfortunately for you, Wynncraft has a no refund policy. If you lost your stuff, that's it. It's gone for good. I know, it can be unfair, but there is no way for the staff to tell who are lying from those who are telling the truth. If you are lucky, you might be able to find someone who is willing to give you some equipment to make up for the stuff you lost. Try asking around Detlas. But just to clarify, you will not have your items returned to you.
