Buying Any Unique-legendary Chestplate Above Level 60

I am a level 70 warrior with a level 56 chestplate. I really need an upgrade since I have much less health than people who are around my level, around the same as an average archer. Any chestplate above level 60 that gives more than 1200 health is fine for me. It must be identifiable, and also I will pay more if it buffs walk speed or thunder-based skills.
Just so you know, a good place to mee up for me would be Troms, nesaak, llevigar, or olux.
