Armor Stands Can Be Moved With Attacks

So I'm at 63 emeralds so OCD me walks into Detlas barracks to beat up some guards with my looting for that last emerald. Then a stray arrow hits a stand and it moved back. Wtf? I kept attacking it until this happened:
