Wynncraft Struggles

YEAH. Wynncraft struggles. We all experience them in one way or another. Here are a few things I find annoying as a Mage:

1) When you're traveling through the ocean without a boat or over land without a horse, and you use teleport:

(when you finally run out of mana.)

2) Trying to climb up a mountain or a slope of some kind:

...and the chat becomes entirely:

"Sorry, you can't teleport... Try moving away from blocks."

As a mage... Story of my life.

 

or 20 mobs spawn at once out of nowhere and kill you instantly then you lose your 40/40 white horse and everything else in your full inventory of quality high-level gear

 

When you're trying to open a loot chest with a crap ton of mobs around and you see a bunch of items inside... And you find out that an item was legendary but when you try to get it, the mobs kill ya.

We've all been there.

Holy, imagine if it was a mythic... Wait, no. I don't want to go there.

 

Getting into a area and can't leave

Example: I went behind the very camp up a hill and had to use /kill cuz I couldn't leave other wise. Just the time to forget to buy a tp scroll!

 

Spending 50 le for a black horse. That's all I gotta say. I couldn't at least have a chestnut. Sigh.

 

As a mage, getting stuck in a 2x1 hole and being unable to get out because of "OOOH IM SORRY, BUT YOU CAN'T TELEPORT NEAR BLOCKS JUST USE /KILL WITH 3 OR MORE SOUL POINTS HEW HEW HEW HEW" This happened to me 2 times on the day I made this post.

The Confused Farmer. THE WHOLE QUEST, and most other fetch quests (I'm looking at you, Zhight Island and Potion Making.)

Eye of the Storm. Worst quest in all of Gavel (in my opinion, aside from the great puzzle), but somehow better than all those shitty fetch quests in Wynn.

 

When you try to cast your main damage spell:
left-right-right
left-right-right
left-right-right
left-right-right
left-right-right
left-right-right
left-right-right
left-right-right
left-right-ding

and the spell finally casts. People say it's because of lag, but that's not the whole story. If it can display left-right-right consistently, it can cast spells consistently.

(Haven't had this problem too bad since gavel, it's prob fixed)

 

"oooooh fuck yeaaaaa i got all these mobs on low health time to use bash on them and get all the thousands of xp"

"shiiiit no they all fucking scattered because i misclicked and used fucking war scream and now the xp is not mine damn itttttt capitalism is infinite"

 

When you're doing Temple of the Legends and you realize that you haven't done creeper infiltration yet and you can't enter the cave.

 

When you try to find your way around the canyons

 

Playing as an assassin is a struggle in itself.

 

Trying to pick up "1 Rare Rose" and not realizing it's a mob.

 

But you know what's worse? How about dying during a boss fight, or dungeon, and you get teleported back a million blocks (Exaggeration). Not even that, but imagine that when you travel by ocean.

It happens to the best of us....

 

Oh, I've got another one.

When you die in Gavel and for SOME ODD REASON you're back at the starting area with NO SCROLLS.

 

But also that satisfying moment as an archer when you escape across the ocean and you don't touch the water once.

Tick tick DING! DING! DING!

 

That is actually caused by your attack speed. You can only cast spells as fast as you can swing you spell-casting implement. (apparently...)

 

I'm pretty sure that isn't how it works

 

Hmm... I've just noticed that this happens much less when I use my Ethereal that when I use my Bob's Mythic Wand (Ethereal has a much faster attack speed)

 

Spells do more damage with a faster attack speed.
