Well, even knowing that its above y=65 still leaves a lot of room to explore. We know that she was affiliated with the air element, so maybe the location of her grave has something to do with the air element as well?
I'm not sure if this is a legitimate fact, but I think I read somewhere that the Bantisu Temple is affiliated with the air element. If Gale's grave has something to do with the air element like I mentioned, maybe it could be at the Bantisu Temple/Other air affiliated locations?

This is kinda off-topic, but does anyone else notice Selvut changing his profile picture? I mean, sometimes that skeleton dude has a smile and a white eye, sometitimes he has a sad look on his face, and sometimes his eye is blue.

 

Selvut said he changes the face on Gaster according to his mood.
About the blue eye I haven't seen that on him as it is the trademark color of San's eye during his fight.

 

So he feels sad right now... Well I hope its not anything too bad, or maybe he's just dissapointed that we haven't found Gale's grave yet.
Now back to the Gale's grave topic, I'm starting to think it's going to be somewhere in the sky island area. I mean, with the angel mobs and stuff, the elemental theme seems to be air. My second guess would be somewhere in the Canyon of the Lost/Qira Hive.

Guys! We have a possible clue. Selvut has said on his profile:



A sound file. Could be related to this, could be random. I am currently going to scrounge through the resource pack. Where else could a sound file hide? This could be related to Gale, or could not.

 

We were told where it was hidden....


Look in the previous status update.

 

Look earlier in his comments, he puts some random letters, translate them into Wing Dings (nice one, Selvut) and you get the cipher.

 

Translated: "HIDDEN TRANSMISSION GALE UNRELATED INFORMATION TAB SOUND WARNING"

On the other hand, I agree, a lot of people just don't

 

Wait... Selvut said Gale and Ohms are far before Yayha and Nohno were even born, but assuming Yahya and Nohno are at least 30 years old, that would mean Gale and Ohms, both humans, would be in Gavel 20+ years before first contact between Gavel and Wynn 10 years ago.
(Btw I'm Only level 72 so I don't have full knowledge of the lore yet.)

 

You dont need to worry about lore. Later quests are just about some wizards, dragons and cows.

The FIRST person to FIND AND POST the location of Gale's tomb (coordinates included) BEFORE THE MAP PUSH gets 10 LE from me.
