This Bug Deleted My Class.

Literally. I am a VIP+ with all 10 character slots. I have a warrior, 2 mages, 3 archers, 2 assassins, a dark wizard, and I HAD a knight.
It was a Fire/Air Build with some Strength
It had 11 different weapons prepared for future levels, up to level 40.
It's weapons were Grandfather, Legendary Smasher, and Fern.
It was wearing Katoa's Warmth, Conductor, Medico, and Gnocchi.
It was Level 29. I played it yesterday along with 7 of my other classes and levelled it up 7 times.
And now it's gone.
I did NOT delete it.
All that work is gone.
I know I can restart it, and I am NOT asking for a refund.
But somewhere in wynncraft, there is a BUG that deleted my knight.
If my character is somehow still there, I want it back.
I repeat, I did NOT delete my class.
I want this bug FIXED as soon a possible so no one else has to go through the pain of having one of their classes deleted without their permission.
I had everything for this class ready for up to level 41 and now it's gone.
And I didn't delete it.
So why is it gone?

EDIT: Just restarted a level 1 Knight. Glad my 5 legendary items are gone.

EDIT 2: Don't comment stuff like "No refund policy" I'm not an idiot. And I'm 99% sure that it's possible for the staff to make me a level 29 Knight, just without the items. They just have better things to do.

EDIT 3: I wonder if staff will even read this. I can't post it on GitHub cause it won't let me make an account.

EDIT 4: If anyone can help me out, I only really want 3 items back: Legendary Smasher, Fern, and Sandstorm.

EDIT 5: I'm allowed to tag Admins here, right? You just can't tag them in General Suggestions, if I'm correct. @Salted

No. No tagging Admins. They made a thread about not tagging Admins in General Suggestion because they had to; so many people were tagging admins to read their suggestions. They are hoping that people in the Wynncraft section will show common courtesy and not tag Admins.

As I said before, even if I thought it was an exception, it's no one's decision but the staff's. And besides, Rule 4: Use common sense.

Well, I guess obsessing over Wynn means I have nothing better to do. But you think I would make this up? I HAD 10 classes with the following builds.
Mage 91 T/W/A
Warrior 46 T/W/F
Archer 42 W/A
Assassin 40 T/W
Mage 39 W/F/A
Archer 35 T/W
Assassin 32 T/W/A
Archer 30 E/F
Dark Wizard 30 E/T/W
Knight 29 E/F/A
That Knight is now gone.
And out of all people to think I would make up a bug to waste people's time, I would never have expected a MODERATOR.
Aren't you supposed to help instead of assume I'm lying?
