None. Walking speed increases your speed by however much %. That means at 100% you'll walk and run twice as fast.

If you mean the potion effect, you don't get one at all. What walk speed does is literally change how fast you walk instead of just putting the potion effect on you. It's sorta like doing /speed <number> on a server with the essentials plugin. Your speed increases but you have no potion effects

 

It never gives you a potion effect, however the Speed effect in vanilla MC is in 20% increments, so for example 100% would be Speed V, same goes for Slowness, just in reverse
