    It's actually a Vietnamese dish my family eats near/during the New Year, it's the green/tan part is a sticky rice, and the yellow part is mung bean paste, and the hole-y red bloody thing (the middle) is pork. Some research here : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bánh_tét
