Hopefully the end result will be damage being fixed. It brings everyone on (almost) the same level, without enormous advantages being given to players who play more. It'll be fun for both end game players and early game players. Whereas, without fixed damage, early game players will get bored really fast from dying too often and not being able to do anything, and end game players will get bored of not having as much competition.

 

Well, tbh, I never liked the set damage, and, since a big part of Gavel is builds, the Nether will allow for people's builds to really shine.

 

If by "builds" you mean skill points, sure. If by "builds" you mean skill points, weapons, and armor, it's going to make the nether a whole lot less fun for the reasons above.

By putting everyone at the same level, it's literally just spell comboing. That's the only thing you need to know.
With builds working, it's a lot more fun. For example, my playstyle is "hit hard" so my insane damage build can really destroy people. However, Broe wants to run fast so he can do that. Sanae wants to meteor spam, so guess what, they can meteor spam. Poison builds without poison would just be utterly terrible. You do have a point - not everyone can jump into the nether now.

 

I personally like to balance high damage and fast speed.

Users may keep the perks they've paid for on the condition that the same perks are available to other players on the server (directly or purchasable using soft currency). It’s up to the server host to decide how to compensate users for previous transactions."
First, there was no need to get rid of the 2X XP perk. That was a problem with communication between Mojang and us players of MC. Second, if a server host decides to allow players who did not purchase perks, to purchase them in-game, they can set that up any way that they want, i.e., 1LE for 1 minute of XP boost, 48LE for 1 hour, or whatever in the heck they want to do.

Tbh I want the annoyance of The Mercanary's button to be fixed(the one to leave the barracks).It can't be pressed while on the ladder, and it closes to fast to be pressed on the ground.

 

Hold your position on the ladder with "shift". Let go for an instant and hit the button at the same time. Immediately start climbing the ladder again. Your welcome.
