    I got this while killing low lvl zombies, it was unidentified (normal item 0-4 lvl) i was like what.....

    Test items such as these are currently illegal and you could get punished for having them in your possession. I advise you throw this away in a trash can at the Cinfras or Detlas bank or throw it in some fire or lava. Just anything where a player can't pick it back up

    I believe these "Test Items" got re-released into the loot pools due to some server-side errors. These items are illegal to own, and continued possession of them can lead to punishment. I strongly advise you destroy this at Detlas Bank's Trash Can, or simply throw it on the ground or in some fire or lava.
