[wtf Glitch] Welp, Let's Assume Nothing Happened..

I know, I should report this instead of posting, but it's just so stupid I have to share it with you.
And it also might just be a glitch I was lucky enough to encounter.

I was heading to Llevigar, just finished the Rise of the Quartron quest.
To make things faster, as any other mage would do, I tried to teleport to go faster.
But whenever I did, it refused :

I tried the spell 5 minutes later and it still didn't work.
So I did /lobby and rejoined a server and I ended up falling through the void and loosing health.

I was scared of loosing my items or anything else bad happening to me, I did /kill.
And what happens? I respawn in Nesaak.

Before the Gavel update, jumping off the bridge at the Guild Hall and doing /kill would land you in Selchar. If you did it below Y= -28,000 I was really bored one day then it landed you in the starting area before Ragni instead.

Happened to me to. I respawned in lusuco

 

It ain't normal in Russia, stop joking...

The cities actually teleport to us.

 

I'm now conforming this is a real bug. It happened to me again. I can't teleport in Llevigar for some reason.
And whenever I quit and relog from there, I die and respawn in Nesaak.
Maybe Llevigar is an anti-mage magic town. When I exit the town, I can use teleportation again.

 

same bug here with warrior instead and probably on my assasin too
