Well obviously your two wands of choice will be cascade and bob

Without a doubt your chestplate is libra and leggings vaward.

Now you can play around a bit

Defense: double rainbow rings, spectrum helmet, statue boots, and cosmium/planet healer necklace (you will take very little element damage)

Stat points: liquid gold boots (low level), blue mask, double jester rings, master necklace, prowess bracelet

Damage: third eye helm, undefined/memento, jester ring, aurora, jester bracelet, jester necklace

Do what you want and mix and match though. Mine is blue mask, libra, vaward, undefined, 2 aurora, prowess, and master. (Mix of stats and damage)

(If you didnt know undefined boots are unique with decent hp and hp regen, and give solid amounts to your melee and spell damage)

    Kcoolthanks

Water, air, and thunder for moi.

Earth and fire, I put some points in, not much.

    Water gives me regen.

    Air gives me speed.

    Thunder gives me attack speed.

I'd suggest either Thunder + Water + Air, or Earth + Water + Air. (I only really added the air because a lot of items require it... x3) You should probably put most of your points in Water.

    (I'm personally a Thunder Mage. :P)

The thing is with Cascade is that it will always be effective if the enemy has a weakness. It's also very fast so that's why the damage seems pretty meh - it's actually pretty good for its speed and being a wand. Not to mention that the IDs buff it - it lets you deal more than the 72-144. (the wand has 12-24 in neutral, too!) The walk speed is also surprisingly good. This is only stuff I pulled from the item guide, so there's more to it than just that. For a 5-element wand, it's the best out there. However, in more specialized builds, you should get a different wand.

That's unusual as Water and Earth don't go well together, neither do fire and thunder. :P

I'm currently level 56, so yeah.

HAhaha, lvl 60. Level 60. Also, I'm a mage. I guess I could check the item guide to see what best suits my style, but for now I just feel like a sitting duck. I don't have a single chest plate on me that I can wear.

The real issue is that I was in a rush, and didn't plan for the weaponry, among other things, that I would use. Bad choice, because I lost my chesplate, and couldn't use my main weapon, the fiery diablo XD.

I'm not the best at builds, but a unique one I suggest going for is an Intelligence(priority), Dexterity, and Agility. Though I haven't really decided on what specific armor I'm going to wear or what weapon I would use, it would be focused on speed and damage, utilizing the teleport spell for maximum damage.

    Possible Gear could be:
Helm: Third Eye (with good spell dmg) (up for change)
    Chest: Soul Signal
    Pants: Crystal
    Boots: Undecided

    Possible Weapons:
Lunar Spine (when powders come out, this weapon will be powerful)
    Whimsy (air wand)
Lightningrod (lightning wand) or Fatal (mythic lightning wand I'll probably never get)
Requiem (level 95 rare water wand)

    Accessories:
    Jester Ring
    Jester Brace
    Jester Necklace
Raging Wind(I lost mine ;-;) or Moon Pool Circlet (up for change)
