Karoc Quarry. Many of you have done the quest, and scattered around Gavel, you may have noticed little piles of Quartz saying this:

This particular one is from Kandon-Beda, and I know of many in the Sky Islands and beyond.

But in Ahmsord, I found one that is different.

No correlation to the quest, calm down everyone

    ALBE CARR

What does it mean? I don't recognize it for anything I've seen in Gavel, and it doesn't look like any anagram I know of. If you have any idea, feel free to respond.

Last I checked, it has to do with Fantastic Voyage.

I've done Fantastic Voyage, and I don't recall Albe Carr being mentioned :;-;:

Abe Carr was the old name, it was changed to Karoc Quarry. Someone seems to have forgotten to change the sign..

And so in 21 words and an emoticon, one player's dream of finding a new easter egg was shattered. Thanks for telling us!

To my understanding, Albe Carr was the name of the stone, and Karoc Quarry is the name of the quarry.

Well, once Wynncraft comes back online nudge nudge poke poke, I can search the Quarry. I've been meaning to look for Gale's Tomb in the low-level areas for some time now.

The only thing I know for sure was that Karoc Quarry used to be "Albe Carr". The part about the stone I've got no clue about.

A GM asked me to make this. He wanted something that "represented" the area, hence the Quartz block and the name. When we asked Grian what it was called, and he responded it had no name, so he dubbed it "Albe Carr", Which is old english for White Rock.
