[quest]creeper Infiltration - Problem

Hi guys, if have just returned to wynncraft reseted all my charcaters and having a lot of fun lately... I'm also doing the quest again so, so i started with creeper infiltration. Everything went good until i had to made the mask and bring wool and Green powder. Well i heard that powder aren't being dropped anymore and that they are being reworked. Luckely i had some green powder in my enderchest from my old acc. But how are new players supposed to get that ? Trading or do they just have to skip the quest until the powders are back ?

There is a relic shrine that gives green powders that is relatively easy to find.

powders will get added back in the game in the follow up update that will occur "soon"

 

The relics still drop powders.

 

The powders are being reworked but the relics still drop whatever powder they normally drop.
Also, theres a green powder relic that's next to the Lol you cheater that is really easy to find.
