    Salted said that the Empire Builder was his favorite weapon. Just add in like tons of powders to DESTROY EVERYONE IN YOUR PATH MAUUAHAHAHA
    Probably only good because of the slots

    Idk, there might be higher level rings that also boost all elements but quartron's eye is good.

    why not just put 8 Blue Powder 6s on and all +water dmg stuff and then dominate?
